Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality deep cleaning services across various settings, including residential, commercial, and hospitality environments. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The successful applicant will contribute to creating safe, spotless spaces that meet client expectations and health standards.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough deep cleaning of designated areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces
Utilise specialised cleaning equipment and products to ensure optimal results
Identify areas requiring special attention and implement appropriate cleaning techniques
Follow health and safety protocols at all times during cleaning procedures
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
Maintain a stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor
Adhere to client-specific instructions and customise cleaning services as required

Skills

Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is advantageous
Ability to operate specialised cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Basic cooking skills are a plus for certain roles involving hospitality settings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Good physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks over extended periods
