Are you a driven, ambitious & experienced Sales Negotiator looking to take your career to the next level?

We are working with a highly respected estate agency based in Chester who due to expansion are looking for their latest team member. This is not a role for somebody who wants to sit behind a desk. We are seeking a sales hungry, proactive team player who thrives on winning business, negotiating offers and building long lasting relationships with clients. You will be joining a successful, energetic team where your hard work will be rewarded not just with an outstanding commission package but also with exciting team events and various incentives on offer throughout the year. The owners care deeply about their team and developing careers, they are on a mission to deliver leading service and grow the business significantly over the next few years.

The role :

Registering new applicants and completing property viewings.
Booking valuations to the highest of standards.
Building strong long lasting relationships with vendors.
Progressing sales through to completion.
Follow up leads, enquiries and cross-selling additional services.

You must have a minimum of 1 years experience in estate agency, have a UK driving license and access to own vehicle. In return there is a competitive, negotiable salary on offer depending on experience. Uncapped bonus scheme and industry leading commission and the opportunity to fast track your career.
