About ReviewSolicitors
ReviewSolicitors is the UK's leading online legal review platform, helping individuals find trusted and highly rated solicitors. Our mission is to bring transparency to the legal sector by enabling people to make informed decisions when choosing legal representation.
As our business continues to grow, we have launched an exciting new add-on for our premium clients, and we are looking for a Client Liaison Executive to play a key role in booking qualified meetings between our premium law firm clients and our Head of Sales, while providing first-class diary and administrative support to keep things running smoothly.
The Role
This is a brand-new role that blends appointment setting with PA-style support for our Head of Sales. The focus is on booking high-quality Zoom and face-to-face meetings between our existing premium clients and our Head of Sales, then keeping the Head of Sales' diary, travel and follow-ups organised around those meetings. There is no cold calling and no outreach to non-premium firms. You'll be working exclusively with clients who already know and trust our platform.
Your day-to-day will centre on phone, email and Zoom conversations with premium clients, qualifying their interest in our new add-on feature, and getting committed appointments into the Head of Sales' diary. Alongside this, you'll manage the Head of Sales' calendar, coordinate travel for face-to-face meetings, and handle the administrative detail that ensures every meeting runs without a hitch.
This is a hands-on, phone-based role with a strong organisational and PA element, perfect for someone who enjoys structured outreach, has a confident phone manner, and takes pride in a tidy diary and a well-briefed boss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified Zoom and face-to-face meetings for the Head of Sales, hitting weekly and monthly booking targets.
- Outbound Calling: Work through a structured list of existing premium clients by phone, email and Zoom to identify those who would benefit from the new add-on.
- Qualification: Quickly assess client suitability and interest, ensuring every appointment booked is well-qualified and worth the Head of Sales' time.
- Diary Management: Own the Head of Sales' diary, scheduling appointments, blocking prep and travel time, resolving clashes, and proactively keeping the week structured and efficient.
- Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation, parking and routes for face-to-face client meetings, ensuring the Head of Sales always knows where they need to be and when.
- Meeting Briefing: Prepare clear handover notes ahead of each appointment, including client background, pain points, key talking points and any supporting documents.
- Confirmations and Reminders: Send confirmations, calendar invites and reminders to clients and the Head of Sales to minimise no-shows and last-minute changes.
- Inbox and Admin Support: Provide PA-style support to the Head of Sales, including drafting emails, chasing responses, preparing meeting materials, and handling general administrative tasks tied to the appointment pipeline.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every call, email, booking and follow-up.
- Pipeline Follow-Up: Re-engage warm conversations, chase non-responders, and make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine messaging, share feedback from client conversations, and continually improve booking quality.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales coordination, PA/EA work, or a phone-based outbound role
- A confident, professional phone manner and the ability to hold structured, purposeful conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong diary and calendar management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls, follow-ups, travel arrangements and diary slots
- Comfortable working to booking targets and KPIs
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing client data accurately
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs before being asked
Desirable:
- Experience supporting a senior sales or commercial leader in a PA, EA or coordinator capacity
- Experience booking appointments or generating leads for senior sales colleagues
- Experience working with professional services clients (legal, financial, or similar)
- Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS products
Working Environment
This role is based in our Nottingham office, right next to the Phoenix Park Tram Stop, where you'll be part of a collaborative and energetic team. We offer flexitime, allowing you the flexibility to start and finish your day earlier or later, depending on your preferences.
We have an in-house chef who prepares delicious breakfast and lunch for everyone free of charge each day, along with free snacks and drinks on offer.
Our social events are held monthly to help everyone get to know one another. We also offer an annual international staff trip in addition to our 25-day annual holiday allowance, plus nearly 3 weeks off over Christmas.
Performance-Related Bonuses
At ReviewSolicitors, we believe in rewarding excellence. In addition to your base salary of £28,000 - £32,000, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-related bonuses, taking your total OTE to between £32,000 and £38,000. This bonus structure is designed to reward the volume and quality of appointments you book for the Head of Sales.
Career Progression
ReviewSolicitors is growing quickly, and we're looking for individuals eager to advance their careers. This newly created role offers a clear pathway into senior sales, account management or business development positions for those who consistently deliver results and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
