Full job description

An opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company in South Somerset. Due to continued expansion, Wydale Plastics are looking for a full time Trimmer to join their busy Trimming department.

What you will do:-

Use a variety of hand and power tools to trim a wide range of plastics products to the finished specification
Clean and pack the finished products for dispatch
Complete the relevant records using touch screen technology
Undertake quality assurance test and checks as required
Keep your work area in a clean and tidy condition

What you will need:-

Experience of using power tools
Good manual dexterity
The ability to react positively to changing priorities
The ability to follow written instructions
A positive attitude to safety
To be reliable, hardworking and conscientious

What you will receive:-

£29,220 p.a. (£14.75 per hour) starting salary for 38 hour week of alternating early/late weekly shifts
Up to £36,720 (£18.50 per hour performance based with experience).
Shift times are Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00 and 14:00- 22:00 and Friday 06:00-12:00 and 12:00-18:00
30 days holiday per year increasing with service to 33 days (Includes Bank holidays)
