Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Dental Nurse to join our dental team. Our Dental Practice provides NHS and Private Dental treatments. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dental team, working chairside and carrying out infection control procedures.

This position requires good organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort.

Good hourly rate, which is negotiable and dependent on experience / qualifications.

Full or Part time.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and available.
Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns before, during, and after treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Carry out Decontamination duties
Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care instructions.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse
GDC Registered
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care while maintaining an organised work environment.
A caring attitude towards patients and a commitment to professional development within the field of dentistry.
