Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our small team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hospitality skills while providing exceptional guest services. The successful candidate will be a welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring all visitors and clients receive excellent support and assistance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and wish to gain experience in a wildlife/customer-focused environment.

Duties

Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
Assist customers with enquiries, providing accurate information about services and facilities
Support the management team with a varied range of tasks as required primarily in our coffee shop and gift shop
Work alongside team members to deliver seamless guest services across all areas
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
