Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Office Support to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance within the sales department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties

Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and updating customer records using CRM software
Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and organise data for reporting purposes
Support the sales team with preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Handle incoming customer enquiries via email and telephone, providing exceptional customer service
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook
Support general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
Contribute to maintaining an organised and efficient office environment

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer literacy skills
Experience with CRM software not essential.
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in sales administration or administrative roles is advantageous
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Good IT knowledge, including familiarity with various computer applications and software tools
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated organisational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
