Job title: Reception Team Member

Location: North Lakes, Lake District

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Shifts and working days will vary including evenings and weekends

Start Date: To be confirmed

Live In: Not available with this role

Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join the friendly team at our caravan park in the North lakes, in the beautiful Lake District. As a Reception Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Anyone who joins our team is part of a story that’s still being written and can play their part in something special.

What will you do?

Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests and canine campers
Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
Perform front-desk duties, including answering the phones, checking voicemails and emails, processing gas sales and owner recharges, generating quotations and other administrative tasks
Deal with holiday enquiries and process bookings
Answer general questions about the local area and the park
Assist with the smooth running of the park shop, as and when required

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will act with a ‘can do’, hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.

Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
