The Hospitality team is hiring a Guest Experience Assistant

The role

As a member of the Guest Contact Centre Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing timely assistance on bookings, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Location: Bicester Village, On-Site

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

Be the main point of contact for guest bookings, enquiries, feedback, and issues - resolving them quickly and going above and beyond
Work closely with teams across The Apartment, Retail, Operations, and Security to address guest needs efficiently
Stay up to date on everything our Village offers, so you can give guests accurate, helpful information
Spot opportunities to improve the guest journey, from booking through to post-visit follow-up
Partner with the management team to shape guest service initiatives that boost satisfaction and loyalty
Bring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of hospitality to every guest interaction, in line with our luxury standards

What we're looking for

Customer service or guest relations experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or luxury with some administrative experience
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, backed by real examples
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse guests and colleagues at all levels
Proactive problem-solver who can use their own initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
