Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent leading brands through face-to-face customer interactions, creating positive experiences while promoting products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, developing communication and sales skills, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for those looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business development.

High-performing team members may also have the opportunity to attend national and international business trips, networking events, and leadership development programmes.

Responsibilities

Represent our clients professionally through face-to-face customer engagement.
Build rapport with potential customers and communicate the benefits of products and services.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a positive brand image.
Generate customer interest and assist with the sales process.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.
Attend daily training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
Gather customer feedback to support ongoing campaign improvement.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive and energetic environment.
Travel to campaign locations as required.
Participate in national and international travel opportunities for training, networking, and company events.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
