Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Assistant (Part-time) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest services to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting management, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Prior experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed throughout their visit
Assisting guests with enquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures
Managing customer requests efficiently and courteously
Supporting management with daily operations and organisational tasks
Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving any issues promptly
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Promoting additional services or amenities to enhance guest experience
Collaborating with team members to ensure high standards of service are maintained

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous
