Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to patrons, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and welcoming. This position offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a vibrant environment, contributing to a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Provide friendly and professional service to all customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped during service hours.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist with setting up events or functions as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
