This will involve provision of troubleshooting, working on technical projects & supply of technical data. Your role will span work undertaken in the production environment. All work must be conducted in compliance with specified GMP and EHS standards.</span><br /> <span><i><b>In this role you will…</b></i></span><span>Be able to manage a number of priorities and responsible for <b>Project Delivery </b>and work in an agile way to deliver multiple project milestones with cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on product quality, and compliance. Execute and support <b>process validation, process performance qualification (PPQ), and continued process verification (CPV)</b> for primarily Dermatological formulations, including cleaning. <b>Operational Support:</b> Act as point of contact or first line Technical support for root cause analysis of material/product/processing/cleaning issues and rapid resolution; use multiple sources of data and data interpretation methods. <b>Quality Compliance: </b>Lead or assist in FMEAs, risk assessments, deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action closures participate in safety and quality audits.<b> Safety Compliance:</b> Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.</span><br />Why You?<br /><br />Basic Qualification<br />We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:<span>Bachelors/Masters/PHD degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another related field.</span><span>Technical or industry experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnologies.</span><span>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</span><span>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</span><span>Familiarity with cGMP, industry standards and regulatory requirements.</span><br />Preferred Qualification<br />If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:<span>Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.</span><span>Strong project management and self-organisation skills.</span><br />How to apply<br />We want to hear from practical, hands-on technologists who communicate clearly and work well with others.
