Saturday Position

Could you be our next Customer Success Specialist Superstar? Having achieved a 4.9-star rating on Trustpilot, TicketSource is looking for a new team member to deliver Oscar-worthy service to our event organisers and ticket-buying customers.

Our Customer Success Team is critical in representing TicketSource and is responsible for nurturing relationships with our ticket-buying customers and event organiser clients. The role focuses on our ticket-buyers, helping customers book tickets for events, responding to event or booking queries, and communicating with event organisers for more complex customer queries. Whether communicating by phone, email, social media, or live chat, you will strive to exceed expectations and deliver a five-star experience!

A passion for theatre, the arts, music, or events is a bonus, but the key attributes we are looking for are strong communication skills (both written and spoken), outstanding customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a world-class experience. A commitment to working hard but bringing your own sense of fun to the TicketSource Team is essential! And cake. We just love cake.

This is a part-time position working on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm, with optional, occasional overtime to cover staff absences (daytime or evening until 7 pm). This role is office-based in Penarth (we are not currently able to offer remote working for this position). The hourly rate is £12.79 with access to our generous profit-share scheme after six months.
