Administrator – Part Time

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, capable, and highly organised Administrator to join our busy Norwich office. This is a varied and client-facing role that sits at the heart of everything we do, and the right person will take real pride in keeping the office running smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all incoming telephone calls and correspondence, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for clients
Creating and producing property brochures to the high standard Jackson-Stops is known for
Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and associated legal compliance checks accurately and diligently
Maintaining and updating records on Reapit, our agency management software
Supporting the wider team with all aspects of office administration
Collaborating with our PR team to ensure properties are sent out for journalist requests.
General office upkeep, ensuring a professional and presentable environment at all times
Accompanying clients on viewings when required, representing the brand with confidence and care

About You

Proficient in Reapit, or confident in learning new property software quickly
Previous Experience working within property
Excellent telephone manner and a genuinely client-focused approach
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Able to turn your hand to whatever the day requires — no task too big or too small
Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive compliance and legal information

Hours

This is a part-time position and we are happy to discuss hours to suit the right candidate. We are open to arrangements that work within school or nursery hours, making this a great opportunity for a parent returning to or continuing in work. Please note that one Saturday morning per month will be required.
