Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our legal team. This role involves supporting property transactions by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth communication between clients, solicitors, and relevant authorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen eye for detail to facilitate efficient conveyancing processes. Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and organisation of legal documentation related to property transactions
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
Maintain accurate records of case progress and ensure all deadlines are met
Conduct analysis of property titles and related legal documents to identify potential issues
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and updating them on case status
Organise appointments, meetings, and correspondence to support the conveyancing team

Support the team in complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or property environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and external parties
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
