Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our front desk team within our busy Hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and strong administrative skills. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, managing reception duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative activities

Live in accommodation can be provided

Duties

Greeting guests courteously, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and document management
Serving at the bar
End of day cashing up and balancing

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic team while developing their guest experience expertise. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in all our team members.

Pay: From £32,222.00 per year
