Summary

We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our dedicated team working across Somerset on a long term contract. As a Roofer at Davey Roofing Southern Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the durability and safety of roofing systems on various construction projects in the region. PAYE or self employed on price positions available.
Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems according to project specifications.
Work with various roofing materials including tiles, shingles, and membranes.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in the fabrication and installation of roofing components.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Support team members in heavy lifting and material handling tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role.
Knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
Ability to read schematics related to roofing installations.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Strong physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
