Join Our Growing Team

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and ambitious team at Holland & Odam in the heart of Somerton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused individual to become part of one of the area's leading independent estate agents. Whether you're already working in estate agency or have experience in a customer-facing sales role, we'd love to hear from you.

At Holland & Odam, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships within the communities we serve. As our Somerton office continues to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for property and people.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be involved in every stage of the property sales process, including:

Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties.
Conducting property viewings.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
Progressing sales through to completion.
Maintaining regular communication with clients.
Generating new business opportunities.
Delivering outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
Working closely with our experienced team to achieve office targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and professional.
A strong communicator with excellent people skills.
Organised and able to manage a busy workload.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and proactively generate new business when quieter market conditions arise.
Computer literate with good attention to detail.
Holds a full UK driving licence.

Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. If you have a proven background in sales or customer service and are eager to learn, full training will be provided.
