Taylored Lets is a well-established and expanding lettings agency based in Wallsend. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our friendly and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry. Whether you have previous lettings experience or are looking to develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, we provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional development.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to tenant enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Processing tenancy applications and associated documentation
Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
Managing utility notifications and related administration
Advertising available properties across online platforms
Taking high-quality photographs and creating engaging property listings
Maintaining accurate records and undertaking general office administration
Assisting with additional property management and lettings duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and approachable
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive
A confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Ambitious and eager to develop within the property sector
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems

Desirable

Experience in lettings, estate agency, sales, administration, or customer service
Knowledge of the residential property sector
Full UK Driving Licence

Three days a week, days to be agreed if successful. One of these days to include a shorter day on alternate Saturdays
