**UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUS | NO WEEKENDS | 4pm FINISH EVERY FRIDAY**

Plastech (Southern) Ltd is a privately owned specialist distributor of underground plastic pipework and groundworks materials, supplying builders, groundworkers, civil engineering contractors, and trade customers across the South East. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our successful team in Aldershot.

This position may suit candidates based in Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley, Guildford, Basingstoke, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider sales team, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio
Building relationships and increasing customer spend
Identifying and winning new business opportunities
Opening new trade accounts and generating sales leads
Providing quotations and processing orders
Negotiating prices with suppliers and customers
Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and trade counter
Supporting branch sales targets, profitability, and growth
Assisting with day-to-day branch operations when required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.

Essential:

Proven sales ability and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong customer service focus
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach
Good IT and computer skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Experience in a customer-facing role

Desirable/Not Essential:

Internal sales or trade counter experience
Experience within a builders' merchant, civils, drainage, construction, or related industry
Knowledge of underground drainage or groundworks products (full product training available)
