Job Introduction

Pentagon Motor Group have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our West Hallam based Fleet Department!

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities include:

Processing Customer Vehicle Orders
Quoting on car and commercial vehicles for multiple vehicle brands
Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring our information is up to date and correct
Liaising with customers and lease companies providing them with updates
Communicating with and booking the services of third parties if required
Checking vehicle availabilities & responding to specific queries from customers
Arranging deliveries
Completing routine Admin tasks relating from order to delivery
Other general administrative duties

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate:

MUST have a strong Administrative background
Will be a strong & personable communicator
Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft
Will have a keen eye for detail with strong numeracy skills
Will demonstrate excellent organisation skills
Needs to have exceptional customer service and people skills.
Will have a positive can-do attitude and team player mentality
