Job summary

Aspiro healthcare is a dynamic and forward thinking Partnership based across Northamptonshire and Derbyshire serving a population of 55,000 patients across 8 sites.

At our Bozeat/Wollaston Surgery we are a friendly and welcoming team who offer a responsive service that works with patients to address their needs.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Dispenser/Receptionist/Administrator with good customer service skills to join our team.

Main duties of the job:

As a Dispenser/Receptionist/Administrator you are required to be confidential, compassionate and discrete, acting in a professional and calm manner at all times.

Job responsibilities will include -

Dispenser NVQ 2
Receiving patients in a friendly, helpful manner, signposting them to the most appropriate healthcare professional
Booking appointments either face to face or by telephone
Recording requests for Home Visits
Help to keep waiting rooms tidy and comfortable
Dealing with Patient Queries
Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the Practice

To be a member of the Dispenser/Reception/Admin Team in assisting patients in obtaining healthcare appropriate to their needs in a willing and helpful manner.

We are looking for a member of staff full time - 12 months fix term.

Core Hours between 8.00am - 6.30pm - Working from our Wollaston and Bozeat Surgeries
