Job Summary
Join the Magic at Blackpool Tourism Limited – Customer Service Assistants Wanted!

Location: Madame Tussauds Blackpool
Contract Type: Seasonal, Temporary (Fixed-Term)
Contract Dates: From June to November
Hours: Flexible minimum of 5 hours per week, shifts may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Are you ready to bring world-famous attractions to life? Blackpool Tourism Limited is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our vibrant team at Madame Tussauds Blackpool.

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are ever the same! Your role will include:

Delivering warm, friendly welcomes and outstanding guest service.
Assisting with admissions and ticketing, ensuring smooth entry and great first impressions.
Providing information and advice on attractions, experiences, and tickets.
Managing guest flow and queues to keep everything running smoothly.
Supporting retail areas by helping guests find the perfect souvenir.

At Madame Tussauds Blackpool:

Working across multiple stations including Admissions, Retail, Wax Hands, VR, and our bar.
Helping deliver immersive, themed experiences full of magic and imagination.
Hitting commercial sales targets while maintaining guest safety and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

A naturally friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
Confidence engaging with guests of all ages.
Ability to work well in busy, fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.
A strong focus on sales, service, and safety.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism is a plus — but a great attitude is even better!
Flexible availability including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays.
