Duty Manager - 25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ferndale Swimming Pool and Rhondda Fach Sports Centre for the appointment of a Duty Manager, to undertake the role at both facilities.

Ferndale Swimming Pool (15 hours)

Rhondda Fach Sports Centre (10 hours)

Please note, as this is a part-time position, applicants may also apply for other part-time vacancies within Leisure Services.

You will be accountable for operational aspects of the centre. Thises are i busy and popular facilities within a customer facing environment, so a high standard of customer interaction and experience is essential.

Responsibilities include management of staff whilst on shift, assisting with programming of activities, administration and facilitation of bookings, health, dealing with customer queries and concerns, ensuring the safety and welfare of all staff and visitors to the facility, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
