About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO, Subscription Services, based in Chiswick, West London. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, resilient, and experienced EA who thrives at pace and operates with sound judgement and absolute discretion. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enabling strategic focus at the highest level of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Executive Support

Act as the primary liaison for all CEO-related matters
Manage a complex, global calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, and reports (including Town Halls)
Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO

Stakeholder Management

Develop relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones

Strategic & Operational Support

Support key strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables and follow-ups
Prepare briefing packs for board meetings, investor engagements, and leadership forums
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues

Meetings & Travel

Manage complex international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
Organise high-profile meetings, events, and offsites
Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements

Confidentiality & Governance

Build strong relationships with Board members, senior leadership, and external partners
Act as an effective gatekeeper, balancing access with diplomacy
Coordinate across international teams and multiple time zones

About you

Skills & Experience

Proven experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a global organisation
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced IT skills (Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Excel; Slack/Visio desirable)
Experience working in complex, international environments
Exposure to board-level interactions and governance processes
Degree or equivalent professional qualification

Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and emotional intelligence
