Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and exceptional guest service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team at our prestigious establishment.

Position: Reception Supervisor
Location: Foxhills Club Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Cover night shifts when a night auditor is on holiday

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
