Full job description

Kingswood At Home is one of the South East's leading bespoke interior specialists, designing and installing luxury fitted bedrooms, dressing rooms, media walls, home offices and living spaces.

Due to continued growth, we are creating our own Painting & Decorating Division and are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team.

This is far more than a standard decorating role. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and wants to play a key role in building a premium decorating service that reflects the quality and reputation Kingswood is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

Visiting clients' homes to assess decorating requirements.
Measuring and preparing accurate quotations.
Advising clients on finishes, paint systems and preparation.
Carrying out all aspects of high-quality interior painting and decorating.
Preparing surfaces to an exceptional standard.
Protecting clients' homes and maintaining a clean, tidy working environment.
Liaising with our office and installation teams to coordinate projects.
Delivering first-class customer service throughout every project.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has several years' experience in high-quality painting and decorating.
Produces exceptional workmanship with great attention to detail.
Is confident meeting and advising clients in their homes.
Can prepare quotations and work independently.
Is reliable, trustworthy and well organised.
Takes genuine pride in their work.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
Is courteous, professional and presents themselves to a high standard.

Experience with wallpapering, spray finishing and specialist decorative finishes would be advantageous but is not essential.
