Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Floor Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly face that ensures smooth operations on the floor, delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining a lively, welcoming environment. Your proactive management skills will help coordinate daily activities, support team members, and uphold the high standards that make our venue stand out. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while contributing to a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with any inquiries to ensure a positive first impression
Support the management team in coordinating daily operations and guest flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area to meet health and safety standards
Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and resolving issues promptly
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and ongoing support during busy periods
Monitor the environment to ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and guests alike
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and enhance overall guest experience

Qualifications

Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
Ability to remain energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of guest services principles and a commitment to creating welcoming atmospheres
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads for extended periods
Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is a plus but not mandatory
