Working with a variety of partners, the Enterprise and Communities service has a key role in guiding this regeneration towards sustainable development. Working for our Housing & Communities Investment team on our hybrid working model based from home and an office setting in Motherwell you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of a team providing financial, administrative and clerical support to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to tenants and external customers.

You will be involved in co-ordinating customer service requirements, appointment scheduling and front-line financial management including budget monitoring and debt recovery. You will also collate and monitor statistical returns and compile reports using a variety of software packages.

You should have an SVQ2 or equivalent in a relevant discipline with moderate experience of working within a clerical or administrative environment and experience of working to deadlines.

You must be IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft computer packages and excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated, you should have the ability to prioritise your own workload and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Supervisory experience, E-financial experience and experience of working with the public are desirable.

Work pattern:

35 hours per week - Monday - Thursday: 08:45 - 16:45 (including a 55 minute unpaid break)

Friday: 08:45 - 16:15 (including a 50 minute unpaid break)
