About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our friendly Stratford-upon-Avon team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end property management process across a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service to landlords and tenants while maintaining full legal compliance.

This is a varied, hands-on role within a small professional team where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full property management process from instruction through to tenancy completion
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Organising and conducting property viewings and inspections
Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
Managing property listings, marketing, and applicant progression
Handling tenancy administration, renewals, and documentation
Resolving tenant queries and coordinating maintenance issues
Maintaining accurate property records, inventories, and reports

About You

Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and administrative ability
Full UK driving licence required

We welcome applicants with experience in lettings or property management, although this is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
