Could you be our friendly face for B&B Hotels Derby?

B&B Hotels Derby is looking for dedicated professionals to join our friendly and well regarded Food & Beverage team as a Casual Guest Service Agent. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with a busy and passionate staff, across all the Food & Beverage aspects of the business. You will be well presented, eager to exceed customer expectations and be able to deliver a warm and welcoming approach.

You will ideally have experience within a similar role or have worked in a customer service, or F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

Dealing with guest enquiries
Taking payments
Prepare and deliver the brand's food offering with consistency, quality and pace
Serving food in our restaurant and drinks at the bars
Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards while keeping service areas clean and organised.
Working in conference & events
Liaising with the kitchen, reception and the bar and with the appropriate departments to maintain a high quality service for our customers
