Job Summary

We are seeking a senior experienced, and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales management and sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a new business with the task of entering the market with a brand new product range. The role is to develop innovative sales initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s success. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, chasing down opportunities, and delivering orders to the company's sales fulfiment & operations team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets.
Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximise revenue.
Oversee marketing activities to help lead generation.
Have a detailed working knowledge of the company's product range, develop sales techniques, and provide front-end customer service.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Coordinate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and optimise outreach efforts.
Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication with clients and team members.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including scheduling, record keeping, and inventory control.
Foster a positive team environment through effective management practices and organisational skills.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience within a tech B2B or equivalent sales environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Demonstrable experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning.
Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Strong administrative skills with familiarity in managing reports, documentation, and CRM systems.
Outstanding phone etiquette coupled with excellent organisational skills.
