Location: Desford, Leicestershire

Hours of Work: 40 (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Contract Type: Full time

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and wants to contribute to a growing and ambitious Company.

Your assignments will be across various departments but working predominately within our service & maintenance division, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

You will receive comprehensive training across all departments & will be required to support our team members by providing cover when required.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Raising customer work requests & enquiries / providing ETA information
Updating clients of job status
Accurate invoicing of completed assignments
Coordination & scheduling of pending work orders
Assisting our team of service engineers & managers as required
Communication to our clients via the service desk
Booking accommodation for our teams as required
Ordering of consumables
Aiding other departments when required

What we’re looking for:

Essential

Highly motivated team worker with desire to provide excellent customer service
Competent understanding of all Microsoft office applications
Excellent communication, organisation & time management skills
Ability to form strong relationships with our valued customers
Proven experience in a customer focused role
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

Good geographical knowledge of the UK
Previous experience withing a construction / plant hire role would be advantageous although not essential
Knowledge of our industry
