Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
Handle cash and card transactions securely while maintaining accurate records.
Support bartending duties during busy periods, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high standards of service are upheld.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others.
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Bartending experience is a plus, with the ability to create popular beverages.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
