Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Triage phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Verify patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and data entry
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow office protocols and procedures to uphold quality standards

Requirements:

- 2 years office experience ideally in a medical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including A-C in Maths and English
