Full job description

The post holder provides efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Care Group Service Managers and Leadership Teams. This includes acting as the first point of contact for staff, patients, service users and external agencies, managing correspondence, and ensuring accurate information flow across the Care Group.

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Service Managers and the Leadership Team.
Manage diaries, emails, meeting preparation and coordination.
Support recruitment processes, staff induction, and maintain accurate personnel files.
Deliver operational administrative support to teams, including communication with service users and external agencies.
Produce high‑quality documents using Microsoft Office and SystmOne.
Maintain databases and records, including staff leave, sickness, training, and performance reviews.
Facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note‑taking and minute production.
Manage office resources, stock, ordering, and petty cash where required.
Provide reception cover and cross‑team administrative support as needed.
Contribute to service improvement, new initiatives, and the ongoing development of administrative processes.
