Care Assistant (Days or Nights)

Avonleigh Gardens, Oldham

Days 33hrs OR Nights - 22hrs - 8 - 8 - on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required - Real Living Wage (Premium pay on Care Workers)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night.

This includes:

Personal care delivered with dignity

Supporting emotional wellbeing

Encouraging independence where possible

Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment

(Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home)
