Wedding Experience Assistant
Gretna Green | Full Time | Permanent | 40 Hours | 5 Days from 7
Salary: Up to £27,850 per annum, depending on experience

Behind every unforgettable wedding is someone making sure every detail is just right.

As a Wedding Experience Assistant, you'll be that person.

You'll guide couples through the final month before their wedding, helping them finalise plans, answer questions and navigate those last-minute details that matter so much. You'll offer reassurance when nerves set in, excitement when the countdown begins, and confidence that everything is in safe hands.

The Role

Working closely with our Wedding Experience Senior Manager and Wedding Hosts, you'll become the main point of contact for couples during the final 30 days before their wedding.

What You'll do:

Guide couples through the final stages of their wedding journey
Confirm menus, guest numbers, dietary requirements and special requests
Prepare table plans, place cards and guest information
Introduce couples to their Wedding Host before their big day
Coordinate wedding schedules and communicate plans across departments
Attend operational meetings and ensure all event details are accurate
Liaise with external suppliers regarding compliance documentation
Support Wedding Hosts and Venue Hosts with wedding delivery when required

Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
Warm, professional and an outstanding communicator
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Passionate about creating memorable experiences
Experienced in weddings, events, hospitality or guest services
