Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and creating new business opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Agent to engage with prospective clients and generating high-quality leads for our sales team.

The Role

As a Lead Generation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, introduce our private healthcare solutions, qualify their needs, and arrange appointments or consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using supplied data and prospecting techniques.
Introduce our private healthcare services professionally and confidently.
Identify customer needs and qualify potential opportunities.
Generate high-quality leads and book appointments for the sales team.
Build rapport with potential clients and maintain a positive customer experience.
Accurately update customer information and activity within the CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Follow all FCA, GDPR, and company compliance guidelines where applicable.

What We're Looking For

Previous telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience within healthcare, insurance, or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
