About the Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a genuine difference while developing your career in compliance and asset management? As our Compliance Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us provide safe, high-quality homes for our residents. Working as part of our forward-thinking Assets and Decarbonisation Team, you'll take ownership of key landlord compliance areas including asbestos management, water safety (legionella), and lifting equipment compliance, ensuring we meet our legal obligations and maintain the highest safety standards.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work with colleagues, contractors, and external partners to manage compliance programmes, oversee contractor performance, conduct audits, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver services, contribute to strategic objectives, and help shape a culture where safety, compliance, and resident wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact and takes pride in delivering excellent standards. Whether you're an experienced compliance professional or looking to build on your existing knowledge and qualifications, you'll be proactive, organised, and eager to take ownership of your work.

You'll enjoy building strong relationships, solving problems, and working collaboratively with others to achieve the best outcomes.
