Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to join our team. This role requires you to support and assist our company director with appointments and planning to ensure smooth administrative processes. Your energetic approach will help keep everything running efficiently. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a busy environment

Responsibilities

Preparing quotations.
Processing orders.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and customer service skills.
Organise and schedule meetings, appointments & deliveries.
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflows
EPOS till system

Experience

Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office environment dynamics
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to type quickly and accurately for efficient data entry and document creation
Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills
Experience with clerical duties such as data entry, filing systems, and document management

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
