About Us:
At Granada Glazing, we are a market leader in secondary glazing solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join our dynamic Trade Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
This role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis for six months to provide maternity cover. However, due to planned business growth, there is potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Trade Sales team in achieving departmental goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in a busy and rewarding environment.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers seeking bespoke secondary glazing solutions, from initial enquiry to order completion.
- Process sales quotations and orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and reflect customer requirements.
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and line manager, providing regular updates on order progress and any potential challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, where you confidently managed customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and strives for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.

This role is office based Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
