Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Window Fitter and become a vital part of transforming spaces with expertly installed windows that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for measuring, fitting, and securing a variety of window units across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Your craftsmanship will directly impact the comfort, safety, and visual appeal of buildings, making each project a testament to your skill and dedication. We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to showcase their construction expertise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately measure window openings and prepare materials to ensure precise fitting
Install, secure, and seal windows using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to follow project specifications
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all phases of installation
Conduct quality checks on completed work to guarantee proper fit, finish, and weatherproofing
Assist with related construction tasks such as plastering, masonry, or carpentry as needed on-site
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in window fitting or related construction fields such as roofing, carpentry, or masonry
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools essential for precise installation work
Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and fabrication processes
Knowledge of construction practices including plastering, welding, electrical work, plumbing, or roofing is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical schematics accurately
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely
Prior experience working with construction painting or masonry enhances your versatility on-site
