Full job description

Dylan's is a fast paced family run business based in beautiful North Wales. We are specialists in handcrafted breads and pastries, and pride ourselves on the quality of our products we supply to our restaurant, the wholesale trade as well as retail

We are seeking a Bakery Assistant for a fixed-term position at Dylan’s Central Production Unit in Llangefni. You will be working on a temporary contract of 30 hours per week until 30th September 2026. Perfect for anyone looking to keep busy this Summer Season.

This role is vital in supporting our bakery operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality baked goods that reflect our commitment to excellence. Join us and be part of a passionate team that values craftsmanship and community.
What You Will Be Doing:

Assist in daily bakery operations, including food production and baking.
Prepare ingredients and manage baking processes to meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols in the bakery.
Ensure timely preparation of baked goods for restaurant service and retail.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience as either a Bakery Assistant or Pastry experience is essential.
You will be an early bird as this role is 6am starts.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Passion for baking and culinary arts.
