About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, organised and people-focused Junior Manager Trainee to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, career starter or motivated individual looking to develop practical experience in team coordination, customer service, business operations and leadership.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided, allowing you to build your management skills through a combination of structured learning and practical experience. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and gain an understanding of how teams are supported, daily activities are coordinated and business objectives are achieved.

The role is designed to provide a clear foundation for a long-term management career. As your confidence, knowledge and leadership abilities develop, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress towards supervisory, assistant management and management positions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day coordination of team activities and business operations.
Assist with organising daily priorities, schedules and operational tasks.
Provide professional customer service and support colleagues in maintaining high service standards.
Assist team members with customer-facing, administrative and operational responsibilities.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
Help monitor assigned activities and provide progress updates to senior team members.
Support the implementation of company procedures and established working practices.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members where appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions and business improvement activities.
Develop management and leadership skills through structured training, coaching and practical experience.

No previous management experience is required for this trainee position. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, strong communication skills, reliability and a willingness to learn.

You should be comfortable working with different people, following business processes and taking responsibility for your work. Good organisation, basic computer literacy and a professional approach to customer service will also be useful.

The position is suitable for graduates, career starters and candidates with transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, marketing, events or operations.

Experience

Previous experience in relevant management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, team coordination, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
