Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team on a self employ basis, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, ensuring all areas are kept spotless and welcoming for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, contributing to the overall appearance and safety of our facilities.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and other surfaces as required.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll in designated areas.
Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
