Overview

V2Power is a UK clean energy company specialising in EV charging infrastructure and battery storage. We design, install and operate charging sites across London and the surrounding areas, supporting the shift to cleaner transport.

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to look after a group of our live charging sites. The job is simple to describe: help more drivers discover them and keep coming back. You will spend your time out at sites and in the local area around them, talking to drivers, building relationships with local businesses and fleets, and running promotions that bring people in. You will also keep an eye on the sites themselves so that anyone who turns up has a good experience.

You do not need to know anything about EV charging to start. Full training is provided. What matters is your personality. This role suits someone warm and enthusiastic, who enjoys meeting people and likes seeing the results of their own work. We are growing quickly, which means real responsibility and genuine room to progress.

Duties

Grow charging usage across your sites
Build relationships with local businesses that have drivers: taxi and private hire offices, delivery hubs, fleets, garages, hotels
Talk to drivers on site, help first-time users get set up, and encourage them to come back
Plan and run local promotions and offers
Keep site listings and reviews up to date on the platforms drivers use
Visit sites regularly, check equipment is working and report any issues
Like everyone in our sales team, bring in new site opportunities, with commission paid on each one that goes live

Skills

No EV or energy experience needed. Full training provided
Experience in any customer-facing role. Retail, automotive retail, forecourt or petrol station, gym or membership sales, promotions and events, hospitality, or contact centre all work well
A warm, outgoing personality. You genuinely enjoy meeting people and are comfortable starting a conversation with someone you have not met
Self-motivated and happy working on your own
Organised, with the ability to follow things up
Right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position
Additional languages spoken by local driver communities, and any experience of working to targets, are a plus

What we offer

£28,000 to £30,000 base salary plus a performance bonus linked to how your sites perform
Full training on EV charging systems and how our sites operate
A varied role with real independence and direct influence on results
Flexible hours and a mix of site visits, working from home, and time in the office
Early-stage team in a fast growing sector, with clear progression as we expand

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
