Sales Team Manager – Higher Education Partners

Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)

£40,000 + Bonus.

Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, Contact Centre Manager, or Enrolment Manager who has successfully led high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets?

Higher Education Partners (HEP) is looking for a proven people leader to manage and develop a team of Enrolment Specialists responsible for converting prospective students into enrolments on our university partner programmes.

This is not a retail management role. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience leading sales, enrolment, recruitment, admissions, or contact centre teams in a target-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and developing a team of Enrolment Specialists
Driving sales performance, conversion rates and enrolment targets
Monitoring KPIs including speed to lead, pipeline activity, conversion and revenue performance
Conducting regular coaching sessions, call reviews and performance conversations
Managing performance and creating a high-accountability, high-support culture
Using data and reporting to identify opportunities and improve team outcomes
Acting as a key escalation point for team and student queries

What We're Looking ForEssential

Previous leadership experience managing a sales or enrolment team
Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets through others
Strong coaching, mentoring and performance management skills
Experience working within a KPI-driven environment
Ability to analyse data, identify trends and take action to improve results
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
