Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive E-Commerce Executive to join our innovative digital team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO)
Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management to boost online traffic and sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and website updates using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop
Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Manage content creation including compelling copywriting for product descriptions, banners, and promotional materials
Lead project management initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency
Monitor B2B (business-to-business) relationships and marketing efforts to expand wholesale opportunities and partnerships
Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot platform issues, implement upgrades, and ensure website security

Qualifications

Proven experience in management roles within e-commerce or digital marketing environments
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and project management methodologies
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing tools
